within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. We are NOT responsible for any "lost", "stolen" and/or “delayed” returned packages through any carrier. It is up to the customer to contact the shipping carrier for the most up to date status on the delivery process.
Returned items must meet these requirements
Return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. In original packaging, unworn condition, unwashed, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Shoes must be repacked in their original package or shoe box(es). Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If not, we will not issue any type of credit. All returns received in our establishment after 14 days will be rejected and return to sender. Additional postage will be required.
Non-returnable
Items include: masks, sale items, all/any items ending in $.99, accessories, undergarments, lingerie, Halloween costumes, swimwear, holiday sleepwear, bodysuits or intimate products WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Return Processing time
Once we have received your package, you will be issued a store credit refund in the form of a "Lorlie E-gift card" within 3-4 business days via email. An E-gift card does not expire and can be combined with any active promo code. Please note, any paid shipping fee when the order was placed will not be included in the store credit and will be deducted since the delivery service was already provided.
Return Shipping
We always recommend using a traceable service upon returning a package to ensure a safe delivery of your return package. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We do not provide shipping labels for any returns.
