PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A RETURN TO SEE IF YOUR ITEM(S) QUALIFY

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items include: Halloween costumes, sale items, accessories, undergarments, lingerie, and intimate products WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED & CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGE.

 

Qualified Returns Must Meet These Requirements

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please send it back to our establishment within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date for store credit only. In original packaging, unworn condition, unwashed, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Shoes must be repacked in their original package or shoe box(es). Defective items or any order issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If not, we will not issue any type of credit. All returns received in our establishment after 14 days will be rejected and return to sender. Additional postage will be required.

 

Return Processing Time

Once we have received your package, you will be issued store credit as a "Lorlie E-gift card" within 3-5 business days via email. A Lorlie E-gift card does not expire and can be combined with any active promo code. Please note, any paid shipping fee when the order was placed will not be included in the store credit and will be deducted since the delivery service was already provided to you.

 

Shipping Returns

We always recommend using a traceable service upon returning a package to ensure a safe delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING LABELS FOR ANY RETURNS.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Repack the item(s) in it's original packaging
  2. Add a note inside package with order number 
  3. Address the return to the address below
  4. Ship with your choice of carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL)
