Returns


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our establishment within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip.


We only issue returns as store credit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to the high volume of demand of our items. There is no guarantee we will have what you want at the time of returning. 

 

Returned items must meet these requirements:

  • Returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • In original packaging, unworn condition, unwashed, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
  • Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.

Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue any type credit.


Non-returnable items include: sale items, all/any items ending in $.99, accessories, undergarments, lingerie, costumes, swimwear, bodysuits or beauty products WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

Lorlie requires items to be returned within 14 days of original receipt if the item meets the return requirements. Returns received in our establishment after 14 days will be rejected and returned to sender. Additional postage may be required.

 

ALL MERCHANDISE IS INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING. WE CANNOT TAKE FAULT ON DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE WORN. 

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Lorlie.

 

We recommend using a traceable service upon returning package.


Return Processing time

Once we have received your package, you will be issued an online store credit within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email with your store credit code. Code does not expire, and can only be used online.
