Shipping & Delivery
PROCESSING TIME:
All orders have a processing time before they're handled by the shipping carrier (regardless of the shipping method that was selected at checkout). Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (not including weekends & holidays).
U.S. SHIPPING:
Estimated Times (when the order is shipped). This may also fluctuate during the holidays, unfortunately we have no control over courier delays.
Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days
Rush Shipping: 2 Business Days
Next Day Air: 1 Business Days (order by 2pm PST)
*at times "Express Shipping" becomes unavailable at checkout
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping: 7-18 business days
Express Shipping: 4-7 business days
Please note: Lorlie is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 18 days of being shipped, please contact the carrier or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Lorlie and cannot be refunded or resent.
PRE-ORDERS:
Your Pre-Order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item(s) arrive in stock. You can find the Pre-Order date under the "Product Description" of the style(s) you purchased. If you purchased multiple items, they will be shipped out once all items are in stock, or they will ship separately.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All orders that are processed successfully go directly to the shipping floor for picking within minutes after the order is placed to get it shipped as quick as possible. We are unable to cancel any order once it has been handed over to our warehouse.
Lorlie is NOT responsible for any "lost", "stolen" and/or "delayed" packages through any postal service. It is up to the customer to contact the shipping carrier for the most up to date status on the delivery process.
*Please Note: We are NOT responsible for the carrier not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an un-deliverable, unknown, vacant or insufficient address. The customer will receive store credit for any returned/refused package.
