If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our establishment within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip.
We are NOT responsible for any "lost", "stolen" and/or “delayed” packages through the post. It is up to the customer to contact the shipping carrier for the most up to date status on the delivery process.
Returned items must meet these requirements
Return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
In original packaging, unworn condition, unwashed, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue any type credit.
Non-returnable
Items include: all masks, sale items, all/any items ending in $.99 .98 .97, accessories, undergarments, lingerie, costumes, swimwear, bodysuits or beauty products WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Return Processing time
Once we have received your package, you will be issued store credit in the form of an "E-code" within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email with your store credit code. Code does not expire, and can be combined with any active promo code. Lorlié requires items to be returned within 14 days of original receipt if the item meets the return requirements. Returns received in our establishment after 14 days will be rejected and returned to sender. Additional postage may be required.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to send the return back to Lorlié. We recommend using a traceable service upon returning package.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders after they are placed.
